Of all the previews I have read for the MyPa game, the only one tipping a Honka win and giving an explanation is this one:
Honka had a very poor start to the season, but they finally recorded a victory last weekend and are now hoping to continue climbing in the standings. MyPa surprised everyone with an impressive start to the season, but the game against Honka will be a real test for them.
Honka have established themselves as one of the most attractive sides in the top flight over the last few years and Mika Lekhosuo's talented side were even tipped to enter the title race last season. While the team couldn't keep up with expensively assembled Helsinki squad, they did well to finish the league campaign in fourth place, just four points behind second-placed Inter Turku. The new season hasn't had such a good start for them as Honka picked up just two points from first five games, but the Cup victory over VPS and away win over Jaro proved Honka are now getting back on track. The team are high on confidence after two good results and they are hoping for yet another victory.
MyPa, on the other hand, have spent last few years fighting for their lives, and while they were never in real danger of getting relegated, the team were always much closer to the bottom than top of the standings. Toni Korkeakunnas' side surprised everyone with a strong start of the new season, having won 5 of their first 6 league games, but not too many people believe MyPa can continued the good run for much longer. The team clearly don't have enough quality to fight with the best sides in Finnish Veikkausliiga and as soon as they suffer one poor results, things will start turning for the worse.
Medium stake on Honka.
