Similar to the legend Ho, I'm taking time out to fund an empty poker account.  Will hopefully be back in our new season with a new get rich quick plan.

My one selection for today is Lahti v VPS in Finland Veikkausliga - 1.75 DNB.

Lahti have won 5, drawn 1, lost 8 this season, scoring 13, conceding 21. At home they have won 3, drawn 1, lost 2, scoring 5, conceding 7.

VPS have won 6, drawn 3, lost 4 this season, scoring 15, conceding 10. Away they have won 3, drawn 2, lost 2, scoring 8, conceding 4.

Lahti have lost 4, won 1 of their last 5, and have failed to score in 4 of their last 6.

VPS have won 4, drawn 1 of their last 5 and have an in-form striker who has scored 7 goals in his last 5 games - Morrissey.

New bullet - £10 on.

Weird, was looking through and this is the exact bet I picked out!!

Back on the hizzorse. £20 VPS DNB @1.8 this bullet is for a sort of indoor photo studio setup. Next bullet is for some business cards to hand out around town. #GlamourShotsByDave

I am considering a slightly different way of doing this. One option I am considering I have read on another site where someone else is doing similar to us. What do you think?

Quote
I will be placing £5 on a bet which pays around EVENS if it wins then I will stake the return (around £10) on the next bet and carry on: £20, £40, £80 etc… If the losses at anytime I will start again however this time instead of £5 I will place £10 on the first bet, if the first bet wins then I will bank £10 and start again with the other £10 this means I have banked amount I needed to use for the second bet, now we are starting again with the initial stake/risk +£5 so a total of £10. However if the £10 bet losses this means I will then start again with £15 and so on… You can use this strategy with any amount but ideally you will be only risking your original stake. You can bank and stop when ever you wish as I am sure you may be sweating after 5+ consecutive wins but always remember you are only risking your original stake of £5…

Btw if you start this strategy with £2 and win 19 consecutive bets you can win over £1,000,000.

Defo think we need to mix it up a bit, this way would see points make prizes a lot quicker but..

I'm either dumb or missing something!? Wont the variance be much higher?

1 - Betting entire roll is same as original plan but now we are punting higher odds
2 - When we lose we increase stake instead of a level system
3 - What if first 3 bets lose? Then we are in for £5, £10, £15 so 4th bet £20, That wins so we are in for total of £50 with £20 banked when are next bet loses we load up at £25??

All that said I am defo up for starting lower as with our current run it is getting pricey, I think we will end up banking monies again as we are pooooooooooosays.

No not being dumb, I didn't explain myself well. I was suggesting using this idea as a basis and integrating it into our way of doing things. So we'd still be looking at favourites as we have been doing, rather than this guy's suggestion of always going for evens.

Really I'm just thinking about the idea of doubling the stake following a loss and banking original stake out of winnings as soon as possible. Yes if we had four losers in a row it would be shitty but the idea is that that doesn't happen Wink

Found it here: http://footballpunt.wordpress.com/double-up/ He claims to have won £310 in his first run of doing this but I can't see any verification of that.

This i like!!

Might even take a couple of shots at doing evens just to see how we get on.

and if we we start at a fiver even nits like Guy J, Betts and Paul Ho might get involved.

Lets get spinning!!!

How can the "J" ever be necessary?

Happy with the new plan, but not happy with any games today, so a swerve from me I think unless anyone has anything to convince me otherwise.

New bullet, new system. £5 goes on RoPS to beat PK-35 Vantaa in the Finnish Ykkonen at 1.72.

Vantaa were hammered 4-0 in their last game and are struggling for goals - they have failed to score in their last couple of away games plus are missing their main striker today.

RoPS have won all 6 home games this season, 4 of them without conceding.
