Just like Xmas I seem to get excited much earlier than everyone else. It took restraint for me not to post at the beginning of March.

Welcome aboard mulhuzz my friend, it's real easy mate. Originally we just placed a bet on short odds, then put the whole roll on the next bet until we got to our predefined target. Now you place a bet and you can either rollover or you can withdraw as much as you want and just bet that way. If you like risks then roll it over until you get to the nose bleeds or if you are more conservative then withdraw x amount every time so if you brick you are still in the game etc. Play it however you like baby.

By all means if there is anything that someone needs / wants to buy then have a target and go for it. We've had trips in Australia, golf clubs, tables, cameras, tourney buy ins, Gyms. All sorts! Get involved.

i was thinking of maybe putting on 10 bullets at the start then continuing with each bullet till they all busted  or the end of the comp

but imagine if every bullet when down in the first week so might not do it that way

World Cup Way of the Nit

I have already placed a lot of pre tournament bets, but in the past I would do this and still wager large amounts on the majority of individual matches. This tournament I intend to be a lot more conservative.

My plan:

£100 roll for the entire world cup (x 3 £20 & x 4 £10 bullets).

No more than 2 bullets running simultaneously and only 1 bet per game.

All bets will be odds between 1/2 - 3/1

Strategy will be a mixture of the original WOTN and FSTG with the addition of being able to withdraw whenever you see fit (you can just withdraw all and start again or any specific % you choose)

Aim:

To turn a profit, to still be in there fighting come the final, to get lots of people joining in and have the thread buzzing like the old days.

Get involved:

A couple of our major players are in Vegas at the moment but i'm sure they will be up for it.

As usual everyone is free to join in no matter stakes you bet (start with £20, have x 4 £5 bullets and see how high you can get it).

Only stipulation is to try and have fun and don't flood the thread with random punts / accas.

Would be great to get some first timers involved as well have the old guard.

Two bets i've been thinking about are: Neymar anytime goalscorer which is standout price of 6/5 with Bet365, 8/11 in most places or Brazil to win to nil 10/11 with Skybet.

Need to start off with a deece price, want to leave the 1/3 shots for a bit later.
