70k in the middle on   two spades
Nick Couldridge makes it 38k
Gary Strang to 90k, Couldridge puts him all in for about 200k, Strang calls
Couldridge -
Strang -
on the turn gives Strang 2 more outs, but   on the river means Strang gets a full double

Asad Iqbal raises to 30,000

Ian Gascoigne 80,000 in the small blind

Iqbal playing under 200,000 total, flats in position

Gascoigne checks, a single finger tapping the felt, a jab at right angles tot he table

Iqbal checks and Gascoigne glares intently

turn

Immediate all in from Ian

Iqbal peeks at  , which frankly is a pretty risible call of a three bet this shallow

and folds

Gascoigne 400,000ish

He's from Sheffield, met him yonks ago playing £10 or £20 rebuys in Napoleons next to the dog track in Sheff, has a shocking record down at DTD so hopefully he'll do well in this one, just about to jump in car and come down to rail him, tell him to hold onto the 800k  Smiley
Oh - and he's not worked much since his 'Ross Kemp on gangs' series....

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

A weird small one
20k from Bedi on the button, two callers
checks all the way down to the   two spades river
Nick Couldridge bets for 12k, Winston Jones calls, as does Bedi
Couldridge insta mucks, Jones shows Q high, Bedi takes the pot with Ace high

All in pre

Jonathan Butters with 3-3

Asad Iqbal with A-Q

This is all in and call all in when in the blinds Ian Turner wakes up with..Aces, to call both

4-5-6-9-3

Utterly Buttersly.

Iqbal OUT

Mahmood Hassan knocks out Michael Annis

Hassan raises with Aces, Annis shoves K-Q suited and no help

32 left is the correct number at the break

Approx chip counts coming. We don't do breaks in update corner.
