143 runners for this and over £8,000 of overlay, compared to 204 runners last week

Odd, no?

18 Golden Chips in the field, and I'll put up the overnights in the morning. Quite a few blondes in the field, still in

The sun was actually shining today, fair bit of boxing on tonight, that might have something to do with it?

I don't know, David.

Been pouring with rain all day an hour south!

Thought it was odd to see an overlay, and a 70 runner difference in the same comp one week to the next

I keep telling  em Tighty. Average Joe has been paid at the end of the month and can flick in £300/£500 for the deepstack on the first weekend of the month. Most of these guys have spent their wages after a week and are them back in the overdraft and just waiting 3 weeks to get paid again. This comp just shows how right I am because they can't even find £150.

Nothing to do with boxing as no one is paying a £10 to box nation for Haye and will be home on time for Kahn.

Weather does not makeuch difference either. If its the beginning of the month the degen in the average joe gets him to Dtd for his monthly deepstack fix come rain or shine
