Yeah, WP shola. Fortunately I bought 5% of her staking package, unfortuantely whatever she wins me i seem to be punting off on stupid table games like ultimate no limit hold em. Did $1k yesterday just trying to kill half an hour, pretty stupid really. Not a massive fan of table games but Stato and Mitch love them so it's difficult not to join in.
Played my first real poker of the trip yesterday, the 2.2k big bounty (500) tournament at the venetian. Busted in pretty frustrating fashion at the end of day one for a double average stack with about 30 left with q10 v KJhh all in on Q1073hh turn, river was
gg. Mitch is still in though so all hope (of a min cash) is not lost. Won $2.5k in bounties which at least made me feel the day wasn't a total right off. The bounty tournaments are pretty interesting as according to how big the short stacks are in relation to your stacking stack affects your calling ranges, also when a super short stack is all in for say 2bb everybody goes mental trying to bluff everbody else out pre just so they can get HU for basically a $500 spin.
Anyway i'm off soon to put in a big session of cash this weekend at the Bellagio or the Rio to hopefully bolster my roll.
