havnt read, just skipped to here. As i said, i didnt agree to swap 5% with lewis, anyone with a brain cell should understand that swapping with somone who you know nothign about seems kinda silly right, especially when u dont have much of urself.
Not anything i can do seeing as lewis wont tlk to me, so guess its closed.

We never agreed anything is the truth and i think lewis knows that.
I know we defo discussed it and lewis beieved we swapped 5%, the most i would of swapped would of been 5% of what i made from it after selling etc.
I dont know what a fair amount to settle was and hadnt payed it yet.
If he spoke to me today, and we agreed an amount that is fair today, i would pay him today, or wen i leave america and can access stuff properly. Thats it, thread should be locked cos it serves no purpose IMO.

Sorry Marc, but you're just straight up lying at this point. You did swap 5% with someone else, and you haven't paid him either. yeh i swapped some with an online guy on like day 4 wen we had both the same stack. I paid him some and still owe him some. That was just lazyness and i have just messaged him regarding that. That is in no way siimlar to the lewis case. I swapped with someone i have swapped with before and someone who's game i know well.

Marc hasn't challenged the chat logs so they're obv legit.

Marc clearly acknowledges that there is money owed. The contention is obviously how much.

5% in some capacity is the obviously accepted figure.

Marc says that he would never swap in this situation.

But Marc acknowledges that some kind of ambiguous swap has taken place. For someone who never swaps there should be no ambiguity here. It should have been a clear no from the start.

So given the ambiguity on the exact details, and the fact that 5% is an accepted figure, Marc owes the full 5% of the total cash. This is the "standard". Anything differing from the standard should be explicitly pointed out and agreed between both parties. This clearly wasn't the case.

Lewis isn't online at the minute, anyone with a braincell would obv realise he isn't going to blank you when he wants his money that he's owed.

I've been playing poker a long time, I've never heard of "5% of what I make" before.

I think Lewis communication line was basically, he wants the 5% and Marc knows his details, he is posting on the forums to get it resolved, if he doesn't get paid then he tried to warn others about it in the future.

I'm almost 99% sure he wasn't intending to continue the negoitation online after the previous interchanges.

Although if I am wrong then apologies, but its definitely reasonable that Marc has tried to get in touch or has logged in to see Lewis deleted him off Facebook or something.

b4 the tourney started?  So if u gave him 5% of what u make,  how do Lewis gave u his 5% if
