Tie-Break: How many goals were scored in the 2010 FIFA World Cup? 145

TightEnd in 4th? That's right. The player with the highest average of all the players in the game (13.5) could only score 12 points in Season Eight after being unable to name the club for which Yakubu had scored the most goals, or the top scoring Dutchman, and then could only identify 2 non-Scottish managers. Everyone at the club is said to be devastated and embarrassed by the result and with the Cup Final on the horizon things will need to improve. Taking the Premier League title for the 4th time, and in the process equalling TightEnd's amount of titles, was horseplayer who scored 14 and improved his average to 13.3. The newspaper headlines usually single out TightEnd as the top quizzer in the world but horseplayer has every right to claim he is as good, if not better. The unheralded sharplea grabbed the 2nd runners-up position of his career and is close to turning the "Big Two" into the "Big Three". Rubbish2407 also performed well, defeating TightEnd on the tiebreak to take 3rd place. It wasn't so good news for Tal and dino1980 as they both suffered relegation to the The Championship, Tal's 10 point haul no good to demonstrate the quality of the Premier League.

In the Championship, Alverton won the title for the second time but by his own admission needs to improve to compete in the Premier League. His ten points in Season Eight would likely have seen him relegated from the Premier League and the question is can he get up to the 12-15 points bracket? sweet potata! will feature in the Premier League for the first time in Season Nine after finishing 2nd behing Alverton.

In the lower leagues, elstitchio, who won League Two last season made it two in a row by winning League One with 9 points, whilst Ruud debuted with a solid score of 8 which was good enough to win League Two.
