After a dominating performance in the Championship last season, no doubt helped by the experience of a season in the Premiership and also the parachutes payments. Alverton Athletic, so close to a near perfect season only to be denied by the lack of knowledge of South American club badges, will be looking to build, improve, and solidify a position in the higher echelons of the PL.
Currently sitting at the 'Ton ground, Alver lane, Alverton Athletics boss
Big
Sam was in a buoyant mood whilst speaking at the first press conference of the season.

Big Sam quickly and bluntly replied.
"My greatest challenge will be to knock the big two right of their f***ing perch. And you can print that.”

League tables in the OP, ran out of time so League Two hasn't been updated but Ruud won the league with discomonkey promoted in 2nd.
Quite a few got Ball, Tal.

Found it a very tough quiz
I only got Ball as he played for Leicester last year, and I read it at the time
Made a silly mistake, actually two (Mattheaus and Sir Alex)
Must do better

Perhaps should have given a little more in the Michael Ball question, perhaps stating he was a left back, or naming a former club, or mentioning it was PSV he played for. Perhaps.
