Tightend has shown me this. Goodness me, I don't know where some of you get your information from, so many rumours go around about DTD, which is really surprising because we are so open as an organisation.

Lets clear the Valet uniforms up;

1. These are exactly the same uniforms as we used for the CPP model shoot 6 months ago, with the intention of using the same uniforms for the Valets in the run up to the CPP, whether we keep them after that, who knows. Hospitality staff within DTD has known about these new uniforms for 6 months, we just didn't get round to ordering them till a few weeks ago, was meant to be much sooner.

2. Zero Valets have left due to the new uniform. Fact.

3. All Valets that are in the uniform were recruited to wear this uniform and have been shown it and tried it on before accepting the job (since it's been planned for 6 months), anyone with over 6 months service has been given the choice to wear it, noone has been forced, goodness me.

4. We have also increased the pay for Valets by 30% for promoting the brand with the uniform.

5. The uniform is exactly the same as Hooters but black, its way less revealing that 99% of the uniforms in Vegas, but if you don't like Hooters uniforms, I guess you wont like these

6. Feedback so far on Valets uniforms to me personally is 80% 20% in favour, I have asked 100+ customers over last few days, although I admit, some of the 20% feel very strongly against them, that's life, cant keep everyone happy all of the time

I am really sorry for not putting out a Official Statement on this subject earlier, wrists slapped Smiley

Roberto

P.S. 910 Sad Sad Sad

I don't understand why there has been a change of uniform though, it doesn't change a poker players mentality because the valets are wearing something different?

Also, has the pay of employees NOT wearing the uniform been increased by 30%?

All the noise seems to be about Weikang Wang
"New deck, table 11" demands Frankie
He has now hit a 1 outer 3 times, he also eliminated Storer with the 10's vs JJ, hit about 7 full houses.
Went to the table with 30k a level ago I believe, now up to 300k+

as i said......

Hope I beat Batey to this one...
Storer out, gets it in with  against the  of Weikang Wang
not your day when he flops a set, rivers quads.

gan on chinese allen, off his tits this kid!

Round with Goulders table?

Goulder has moved to the Ben Raven and Ross Clevs table.
Would love to do this, but Ricardo Campanario is in attendance, and he's talking (e.g. "lets chop if we gets HU, shall we chop? I'm a good HU player, pokerstars is rigged btw, Ace jack never wins, etc.etc.)

Will see if I can conjure up the bottle to attempt this after the break

Why i love you JGill <3

A round with Foulder (his pun not mine, sadly):

Hand #1:
Cowmeadow all in for 43k, gets through

Hand #2:
Fadil Isufi to 10k, Thomas Myland flats (this man features heavily in the next few hands)
Leene Taylor to 45k, Isufi folds, Myland calls.
Flop -  three clubs two hearts
Myland checks, Taylor bets 45k, Myland all in for 200k, Taylor calls for his 140k
Myland -
Taylor -
Despite all the outs, none were hit, Taylor with a big double.

Hand #3:
Cowmeadow to 11k, Myland all in, Cowmeadow calls
Myland -
Cowmeadow -
8's hold, Cowmeadow to 20k, Myland to 100k

Hand #4:
Sean Belton all in for 76k, Myland All in
Belton -
Myland -
"I'm favourite" says Belton
three clubs flop, two spades peel off to double Belton up, Myland down to 30k

Hand #5:
Myland all in, Cowmeadow calls.
Cowmeadow -
Myland -   (obviously)
King's hold, Myland to 60k, Cowmeadow to 20k

Hand #6:
Cowmeadow jams for 21k with
Isufi calls with   three clubs
Queen hits the straight, Cowmeadow out.

Hand #7:
All in from Myland, this time it gets through.

Hand #8:
Taylor to 11k, this time gets through without an all in

Day 1c is now over!
Today we saw 455 players take to the field, a total of 910 runners, 90 off the Guarantee resulting in an overlay.
115 players have made it through to tomorrows Day 2 which commences at 2pm, giving us 220 players still in the running.
Mohammed Fassil goes through as quite possibly the overall chipleader on about 700k.
Full chipcounts to come later this evening once they have been uploaded to the system.

Look forward to you all joining me same time tomorrow, before Day 3 where  live streaming will be hosted all day long!
