Scotty (or anyone else) what's the policy on bidding for players in unmanaged teams in Div 3 that may at somepoint get taken by a Blonde but aren't currently e.g Lille
Is it fair game?

Fair game as is After a while though as the managed clubs are left as half eaten carcasses by the managed club vultures, they will be unattractive as an option to manage. The AI leaves all unmanaged clubs with 21 players minimum but there's not filter for quality/rating. So the admin setting to make it impossible to buy from league unmanaged clubs is usually used IF it is expected more people will be attracted to fill the elague up |

You Newcastle people know how to get more money for players but sorry I'm not Liverpool and will not be doing that cos I might end up selling him in a seasons time for £1 million |
