Question:  As a viewer, do you think the addition of hole cards improves live streams?
I would only watch if hole cards are shown - 18 (23.7%)
I would watch if hole cards are shown or not - 6 (7.9%)
I prefer watching without seeing hole cards - 8 (10.5%)
I never watch live streams - 6 (7.9%)
I prefer cards to be seen- but would watch either way - 38 (50%)

As a viewer (or potential viewer), do you think the addition of seeing the players hole cards is a massive improvement, or even essential to enjoying the action?

Or is it better not seeing the hole cards, and getting the challenge of trying to work out what players have due to the action and chip stacks?

I think there needs to be an option  saying "I prefer watching with hole cards shown". It feels a bit biased towards without in the current state.

WSOP style for me please...

No cards during the hand - then if they see a flop we get cards after the hand.  You get the best of both worlds + not all the preflop creative play gets shown as much won't see a flop.

anyone else for this?

Unless I know someone at the feature table, I'm watching the stream <1% of the time. Then, I want the hole cards on display as a default.

It was so boring when the WSOP coverage didn't have hole cards. Having the odd "you are The Camel" feature for a bit of fun is fine, but I massively prefer seeing the hole cards.

Best stream for me was jake's bracelet semi and final last year.

IMO it was made by not seeing the cards, so I voted no cards in this poll. However, that was HU where cards are less important, so I suppose I wouldn't mind seeing them otherwise.

Most important thing when watching a live stream is the commentary. Some of the results orientated comments can make for terrible viewing.

Without cards, terrible analysis makes for entertaining viewing though
