Horsey

I asked earlier in the thread, page 1.

Why do you do high priced horses to win sometimes, when there is room  and enough runners to do them each way.

I am not querying your strategy, just intrigued by your motive.

hi typhoon

i will answer this tonight in detail it is rather raw at present after backing the second and third win only in the melbourne cup this morning at 50-1 and 100-1 respectably

sorry for delay typhoon

just as i read this morning i had been awake all night having stayed up watching the melbourne cup meeting in aus from 11pm until 3.45am the race was at 4am and i fell asleep

ended up watching it at about 5.30? recorded freezing cold knackered and seeing two horses i had backed at 50-1 and 100-1 second and third and horses i had backed in small exactas and tricasts fill 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th

If that doesnt get you annoyed nothing will, its moments like that wehn i sometimes think what the hell am i doing? How many people are watching this race at this time feeling as bad or worse? On reflection more than i originally though at 6am this morning.

It is very rare i let things stay with me but until about 2pm today i couldnt shake of the potential massive win and it was making me wary of backing irish jugger again in truth i had less on myself than i would have last night the dangers of punting with a tired, mixed up head are massive.

Anyway your question why win only? Simple answer is it makes me more money than each way betting has ever done (based on last 5 years) Yes losing runs can be longer, but when i find a 20-1 winner i need it to count to the maximum it can.

Sorry this is a bit muddled i am shattered and heading for a sleep very soon Smiley

Thankyou

2.10 nottingham YOUGOGIO 20-1 BET365 PADDY POWER £15 WIN

now this is a speculator

has shown nothing in 3 runs so far

has moved from one low % trainer to another

the "angle" in here is the trainer who has the horse now has won with horses making first start for him from other yards 3 times in recent years from 8 runners all at big prices

My theory is it is probably very tough for him to get owners and he wants to make a fast start with them

of course the horse probably has no/little ability but in a race this poor i will take a chance.

BET CANCELLED WAS TO BUSY PONCING AROUND POSTING ON HERE AND THE PRICE WENT 12-1 IS ABOUT RIGHT FOR THE RISK INVOLVED

Kempton 16:55
ELLEMUJIE

10-1 general £20 win (take 14-1 sportingbet if u can)

not much time but i cant have the fav being 2-1 against these the bet looks slightly overpriced after a shocker on heavy ground last time more than happy to ignore that as hates soft ground normally runs well here
