Two shows I remember vividly from growing up and struggled to watch again until recently.

Jane - apparently Glynis Barber hated it so much she bought the rights and destroyed the tapes.

Bodyline - internal politics meant this only ever got released on DVD in Australia, so I have the anomaly of a region 5 DVD in my collection.

Swapping Panini stickers at school. My kids not allowed at their school as apparently it encourages bullying, thieving. But Pokemon cards at £10 a pack are alright

Panini stickers were fantastic, so much so that several of us have set out to do sticker albums as adults (I remember a group of us at Uni buying the World Cup 94 album, although none of us filled it!)

They're just not the same nowadays as half of the teams have kits whited out due to clashes with sponsorship arrangements, which is so tilting.

That, and the fact that the players are generally tossers these days so far less of a role model for anyone to want pictures of!
