Live MTT - Checking my line street by street

This hand annoyed me in a tournament on Thursday (mainly due to OOL verbals from someone out of the hand who was over telling a "bad beat" story to his mate), was pretty happy with my thinking, want to check this stage by stage so will post bit by bit and see if I butchered it or not. I am first to admit sometime my bet sizings probably arent optimum but the principal thinking seemed okay to me.
Tournament is a £30 MTT 8 Max with 60 runners and around 32 left.
Blinds are 600/1200 100 ante with average around 45,000. Running at 20 minute levels so will get shovey pretty quick
Hero Stack: 47,000 (SB)
Villian Stack: 63,000
It folds round to Villain to right of button (is this hijack? lol) who raises to 3400
Hero looks down at
with 600 invested so 2800 to call. Big Blind is absolute calling station who may very well flat 3b horrendously and will call the initial raise 99.99999999% of the time. We played with BB the day before and confident post flop with him involved. Hero has not even been at the table a full ring and has played no hands and has no info or experience of Villain.
Do we Flat/3b/fold....How does the >>> go on the 3 options? I assume we dont fold, that never crossed my mind. If you elect 3b what level?

3b>Flat>Fold
but honestly i would say both Flatting and Folding are quite bad in this spot.
3bet to ~9k (live) - online i'd be recommending different sizing.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Yeah flatting seems fine.
And it's the cutoff he is raising from.

So we have concensus of flat. This is what I do. Reasons being BB is a station pre and if he flats my 3b it gives the original raiser pretty easy squeeze spot and without history i am not keen to call off 40ish bigs pre flop. Also the hand isnt ideal OOP against 2 opponents. As expected BB calls. So we have a 11,000 pot to the flop.
Flop comes down:
Now I assume we are not advocating donk leading here so we check, BB checks, original raiser leads for 2k! (yes 2k into 11k) The way the raise went in led me to believe player was inexperienced and was not I am betting so low as I am so strong and I am the mayor of value town. We also have the issue of the BB who is probably capable of a C/R.
What we doing now? Check/Fold, Check/Raise or Check/Flat would like to know the >>> here and bet sizing of C/R or does anyone actually donklead this?

I prefer the 3bet. I think the equity in your hand is better pre so raise imo. Flatting is to welcome a multi way pot with a medium pair while oop to both players. This can work but I think the game is playing quite shallow so not enough room for some funky post flop game even if the flop is one you like. If either of the other guys want to call with a worse hand when you 3bet then that is ok. If the game gets pushy quickly then no time to lose in getting on front foot with an average stack imo, 3bet 8k. As played I would call this 2k bet.

really depends on how good (or more specifically how our read is on his aggression) button is, can deffo see mantis's argument here and we do have a lot of v tricky quessing games postflop with a flat. That said i call purely to keep the BB in the pot which should sway the value we can get out the hand.
leading live isnt bad multiway and this isnt a bad spot to do it either.

3 bet call it off pre, make it large as well dont want BB and btn to flat and play it 3 way OOP this would be my standard.
I dont hate a call either, if you have a decent handle on how villain will play postflop (i.e. he c bets gives up type player) might even be better. Since we don't its tough to know hot to proceed, theres not going to many flops you like and actually the one you got its pretty decent for your hand.
The problem is now if we check call this flop (check raise would be pretty bad I think), half the deck is not nice for us and even if its a blank and he fires again your in a pretty tricky spot with a lot of your stack invested.
Given it's size I geuss we have to call and re-evaluate the turn

I don't know which 30 pound MTT's you've played but 3 bet calling 99 even sb vs cut off is not advisable unless you want to head home early
