Keith, it is fine, saw it as same and your comments was as usual, very funny. However, some others have seemed to go OTT and like said, comments are same pretty much! I don't mind the banter, some was very funny Cheesy Cheesy

As you said, it was started as a bit of fun, but a few want me to carry it on, hopefully some will join in.

Anyway.. Let's get started.

There isn't much on in the midweek apart from the Careless Cup:

Here are the fixtures

Leeds v Southampton
Reading v Arsenal
Sunderland v M'boro
Swindon v Villa
Wigan v Bradford
Chelsea v Man Utd
Norwich v Spurs
Liverpool v Swansea

There is only one game that takes my fancy for a punt in midweek and that is Swindon v Villa. Swindon are 11/4 (Betfred) to win.

PDC said in the week that the focus was on Villa, not the league game away to Stevenage yesterday. They went on to thrash Stevenage. Aston Villa are not the usual PL side, putting out a second side, but they are not putting a full side out either, so should make for a good game. A full Swindon team against a half decent Villa side should make for a decent game and with Swindon on the back of a good result, and Aston Villa a disappointing one, think I am going to punt here for a Swindon win.

Any other information welcome. I am contemplating £30-£40 on Swindon.

If your roll is £100 you might want to reduce the bet to say a 5er or 10er, you did say 20% would be your max bet which is way too much.

If its just for shit n giggles then knock yourself out.

Yeah, I was thinking the same, but was thinking of changing a few things regarding roll, so not sure.

It could perhaps be on the same route as Tikay, with perhaps an unlimited roll, or just start with £100 and see how things go. Not 100% on it yet and with no bets penciled in for the next few days can think it over.

I am just however a bit sick of Excel at the moment as it's in my face everyday. So going to have to think of a way to go with regards to recording it, if I want the Tikay route.

Also, would love of input from Tighty, as personally think his bets are ace.

Bet £80 in Swindon and the other £20 on a dictaphone.   Simples!!!!

That way Excel isnt in your face and you feel really kool.

I like the idea of this thread and will contribute. I'm a weird punter, like to think I am shrewish in a couple of sports with info, which I cant share in Tikays thread - like horse racing, and ante post football bets, either stolen or spotted however....

....as Trigg and other friends will testify I become an Absolute Mug on Saturday afternoons, Tuesday nights and sometimes a Sunday.  It's great fun, goals galore, judgement based 4/5 fold where we just chuck them in oddschecker and got for the best price - if I am a good boy I may even do a treble.  Its punting - can still have a view, no edge on the market - however you fancy it - it's spin up time.  Sid would be vilifying me all over face book if he could see me in action....

I'm going to put up my mug football bets and let Aaron decide, any single and stuff I do and proper bets I'll leave. Obviously I think his rules may not allow it, reconsider mate - four folds and upwards is where the funs at Smiley

Brian Laws back managing Scunthorpe Utd. Brilliant era for the club last time he was in charge and a massive boost for the town.

Also, would love of input from Tighty

Put a sum into one account, use that one account for bets on here and then just record the balance on that account

No need for excel and admin, if you don't have the time for it

There isn't much going on here, as I have been the busiest I have ever been for months & been very unwell at the same time. I actually think that since this was started, I haven't had one bet. I obviously didn't get on Swindon as I didn't get back into Sheffield until 8.20pm, so glad we swurved, but I probably would have got on Leeds, who won 3-0.

This weekend sees very minimal football to bet on, as it's the FA Cup and for the last couple of years, always avoided. However there is Premier League & Championship football which I have picked out a few games:

Manchester United (13/18) v Arsenal
Sunderland v Aston Villa
Birmingham (10/11) v Ipswich
Sheff Wed (5/6) v P'boro

&

Swansea to beat Chelsea at 4/1 - Chelsea 3 players out after the affair with Man Utd. Terry & Torres among those, Chelsea struggling in both defence & up front.

Really? Sigh, makes sense for Torres, but I thought other got a straight red and Terry was only a couple games in of his ban.

Sigh, out Swansea go.
