I'm told Watford are bringing in 23 year old Andrea Mazzarani shortly.  Played 20 games in Serie A last year, can play on the wings or through the middle. Can cover wing back positions as well.

Anybody familiar with him?

Dean Saunders has moved from a non league club to Wolves inside 18 months with one complete season in which he got the team he managed relegated. (Admittedly the experiment with loan players last season was a shambles)

Must be nice.

I would look at the flip side of that and say he did very well with Wrexham, sorted helluva lot of problems behind the scenes and was always positive and handled the press well.  He's also done very well to get Donny to joint top too.

But I am surprised he moved so quickly.

Being a palace fan, Ants comments sometimes embarrass on here so I tend not to post about them too much.
Zaha-had a dip in form but all players form fluctuates throughout the season. Ants comments about dropping him just ridiculous.
Jedinak- solid midfielder and played very well this season. Not in top 5 best midfielders in the championship though.

Realistically we have over achieved this season and the aim must still be the play-offs. Hull have impressed me the most, although we obviously caught Leicester on a bad day. Cardiff certainly not guaranteed to go up, they have picked up a lot of fortunate points lately.

Hope zaha stays until the summer and we sign a quality right back and centre mid and a decent back up to Murray.

Yes, purely because we don't have a like for like replacement. I think IH will be looking to bring in a similar type of player on loan for a month until he returns.

Looks like Watford just bid £2million for Brady (Man Utd/on loan at Hull) but Hull have matched it and he is set to go there.  Not sure we need anyone in the LWB position to be honest.  Pudil/Neuton seem fine enough there.

He's always looked very impressive when I've seen him play.  Very good Championship player.

Was somewhat tongue in cheek. I blew off rumours of him going to Wolves as I simply thought they'd want a better record. It is also a big risk for him because if he takes another side down it could easily end his career. Many Doncaster fans are gutted, he always criticized our fans for a lack of loyalty which looks rather weak now.

We're not scraping draws and wins, we have lost two in 20 odd in the league and you think we're over achieving? With how some of the games have panned out we have been underachieving tbh.

Think Wilbrahim is a little untested in the back up role to Murray and would be a good replacement, Easter is terrible and shouldn't play again. With rb, Ward is injured and back soon and is a good player in his own right, impressing when fit. We also have Darcy Blake out, who is cover for that role.

In midfield we are missing a big fucker to replace Dikagcoi for the month but think with the amount of centre midfielders we have on our books we should be fine to see one of them step up.

I think we need a winger most of all as back up to Bolassie/Zaha, one of them gets injured or tired and we then have half the side of the field with no threat at all. Also relatively important to have competition for places where there is everywhere on the pitch aside from on the wing and up front. Up front though, I just can't see who we could bring in of note who will be prepared to play on average only 10 mins a game when Murray is fit. Alan Lee maybe? Ha.

I most probably owe you £100 Aaron and if he is sold its the most mug punter thing I have done and that is saying something! Seems likely now.

We have brought in Alex Nimely on loan, anyone got any views on him? Seems like he is of the Bolassie/Zaha ilk?
