Forest seem to have all but tied up the deal for George Boyd too.

I don't think Palace will be making any new signings with the potential threat of Mile Jedinak being snapped up by Stoke.

Morison a very good player for the Championship. Has always terrorised LC at Millwall. think Leeds have got a decent deal there

We're in for Kevin Phillips apparently and he looks to be our only lasting interest of the window.

For the first time this season (since the first 3 league games) there is an air of disapointment around Palace.
Last night was probably as bad as we have played all season, we didnt create any chances of note and with each game seem to be playing less and less football.
With Moritz injured and Jedinak in hospital after a clash with Alan Lee and the George Boyd transfer falling through it has been a miserable 24 hours.

We need another forward (apart from Kevin Phillips if that comes off!) so we have the ability to play 442 in some games - last night was crying out for us to do that.

We really need something to kick start our season again with a tough run of fixtures coming up in the next few weeks.

the suggestion is that Boyd failed an eye test! in his medical at forest

the owners cancelled the transfer

and McLeish rumoured to have walked!
