Just discovered that the ref at Watford yesterday was also the ref for the Brentford vs Doncaster game a couple of weeks ago where pretty much the same thing happened.

Freaky!

Nice to see Vydra, Pudil, Fezzie and several other first team players out celebrating Sunday's win with the fans in a mobbed Watford High St, late on Sunday afternoon.

Good God - no stewards, security, 'safety teams', or Plod about!

How did they survive intact, or manage to get out alive?

Elf & Stacey was in meltdown - COBRA has been alerted!

I wonder if Rio (who looks like Plug fom a certain childhood comic) - and the other assorted multi-millionaires - were out rubbing shoulders with the 'mere mortals' in Manchester City centre, after winning the Prembore Cup thingie against Swansea?

Not a 'one-off' either, the players are often seen out & about most Saturdays having the 'craic' with the fans in the pubs round our town.

It's what makes Watford FC 'special'         ......        a bit like some of our supporters (smirk).

Wow - Palace 10/3 (and better) to win tonight.

Loofah getting 'value twitchy'     .....

I think if we do get a positive result it would be via a draw in 90 mins, so go double chance Palace/draw imo if going for it. Or the palace +0.5 may be better odds but is the same thing.

You have to hope we score early. Corner or free kick imo.

Btw you guys, whatever price Gabiddon is he is a decent shout for being a goalscorer, so if there is value there take it.

In the last games he has scored and been our most potent threat from set pieces despite only scoring 1 in like 10 years or whatever, so that may represent value!

Mmmm - the ex-Bluebird's ratio of about one goal every 35 games doesn't inspire much confidence    ....     but I shall put a squid or two on @ 50/1 on the off chance.

Loofah's now decided he doesn't want a Rainbow Play Off Final - so the (mug's) money's going on Ollies Odious Oddjobs from Smellhurst.

Pffffff to young Ant's other tips     .....       far too conservative for moi!

The first leg bordered on a credible alternative to Mogadon      ....     hopefully a football match will break out in the 2nd leg'

that was some save from the palace keeper. good game this. either of them would be welcome in the premiership. would save brighton beating us in the cup every year...
