There is a rumour too that one of the backroom staff of Brighton laid a crap on the middle of the floor in the away dressing room just before half time, it was noticed and was used to spur on a great second half performance for Palace.

Tis a rumour though, it may all be sh*t.



The writing seemed to be on the wall for Poyet with all of the talk of him reaching the ceiling with Brighton. Very ungrateful really, even if true, don't go on record saying that and quietly resign stating that issue privately. Could have just used that post match interview to thank his players for their efforts.

I can't think of many Championship clubs better equipped to go into the Prem than Brighton. (talking about support, ground and infrastructure rather than team and personnel)

Leeds, Sheff Weds, possibly Leicester. Would say Wolves but they left the Championship at the wrong end...
