Will have a training facility that rivals England's new one in next 18 months too.

New manager will be guaranteed 25,000 home fans, with that many season ticket holders already for next season.

Impressive. Be interesting who you have to take charge for that. I suppose there is a small chance it could still be Poyet somehow. As he is only suspended pending an inquiry, if they haven't enough on him, he could remin despite the ill feeling? Or never?

If not Poyet, who is your best guess?

Ever since Mondays comments no one wants him here.

1. Di Matteo
2. Solksjaer
3. Rosler
4. Calderon

Is my preferred list!

Saw palarse sold out at wembley, got your ticket?

#3 on your list would be an absolutely hilarious target.  The two chairman are huge rivals and dislike each other with a passion.  Rumour has it that when Brentford played Brighton a few years ago Bloom went into the changing rooms before the game and told the players exactly how much it would mean to him to win the game.  If Bloom tried to take Rosler it would lead to an almighty struggle.

Years ago, we nicked the match ball, linesman's flags, and the ref's kit (plus whistle) outa the changing rooms after a night game @ Griffin Park       .......     a rather 'untidy' game of 175-a-side ensued on the way back to Kew Bridge Station.

Sigh                            .......................                   football used to be such a crack before Tikay's mob killed it!

Yes but I had to be quick, sold out within 45 mins of sale from 9am Friday morning. It didn't even get to general sale such was the demand. I know resale touts though must have bought memberships and bulk bought for resale at a premium.

I am also sitting in the skies. Row 28 of the third tier. Don't care too much though, I will be there.

The explosive interview Andy Naylor promised in today's Argus is with Vicente. He describes Poyet as selfish and egocentric; the worst person he has come across in football.

He claims that Poyet had told him in the presence of Calderon last summer, as soon as the season ended, that Vicente would be able to return to Spain as his 4-year-old daughter was struggling at school and with the language barrier. Then the club (and Poyet) wouldn't let him go. He also claims that Poyet failed to speak to him for the four months that he was injured at the start of this season; he has been injury-free since January but Poyet chose not to play him. He says he had a better relationship with Charlie Oatway, but has as much contempt for Taricco as he does for Poyet.

He says that Poyet makes fun of the players in training (for instance if they miss a shot); things that he has never seen before in football.

However, he does still feel he has had two very good years, a unique and good experience that he doesn't regret. He has doubts about Poyet's credentials to manage in the Premier League, but hopes that Albion get to the Premier League as soon as possible.

Poyet, what a cock.

I still like him.  Can do no wrong for me after he said that Holloway needed to "shut up.  Proper shut up" about the loans.  Amen to that Smiley

Someone will have a word with him to not mention it once in the lead up to the final. Would be terrible for him to deflect to that.

Look at how intense the rivalry is getting, putting poop in the opposition dressing room! Intense! Hahahaha.

But Pourt makes me laugh, so funny. No idea why he is linked to other jobs either, got a screw loose and a very decent budget to play with.

How odd that this could be the drive that we needed. And Dungbeetle Holloway was talking about the loan situation at Watford by saying that he still doesn't think it is right but is happy that the situation will have changed by next season, in the press conference after the game at Brighton. He went on to say how much he loves Zola too though. He was asked the question rather than blurting out his annoyance out of nowhere.

Will be interesting to see if we maintain the sort of performance as we had at Brighton at Wembley or return to the same old drab performances of before that game. I hope it is that spark I have been talking about for so long.

I hope Bolasie and Zaha start on Monday, only have to be reminded of our first goal against Brighton about how dangerous they both can be.

Think the game will be all about momentum with teams alternating between being heavily on top and woefully behind, a real end to ender. Much like the 2-2 at Vicarage road. Can't see it being a cagey affair.

I do worry about Watford's quality up front and in midfield.

The "crap" story had an amusing PS in today's Times.

Paul Barber, Brighton CE, reportedly stated that following the incident, "we have reviewed our internal procedures".

Quite so. Presumably he will introduce an amended Code of Conduct to his erudite employees.

Can't be arsed going over thread but whoever said Charlton didn't have funds over xmass was correct. Powell had three players that had agreed terms to come and the board decided not to go with it, the manager said that these three players would get them up (which in the end was spot on). No money for next season too, 3-4 excellent youngsters just signed up on long term deals so that seems the way forward for Charlton.
