For someone him who likes a punt it's good fun supporting each player in each different leg!

Early spot from next week's darts matches from the early moves.  It's the final week before relegation of two players.  Whitlock is gone for sure and one spot remains between Newton, Chiz and Thornton.  An interesting 'bent' draw opportunity might arise here if Taylor beats Thornton then Chiz and Newton will both qualify for the final stages with the draw assuming the tie breaker for equal points is leg difference (wiki link below states this is the case but obviously this is not 100% trustworthy).  I am not 100% sure on the order of play yet but obviously if Taylor/Thornton play first then this will affect the thinking of the other two.

Also I am pretty sure looking at the table that if Taylor and Thornton draw they will also both be safe as well whatever the Newton Chiz game ends.

If Thornton beats Taylor then Newton can only stay up by beating Chiz and this will end up with Chiz being relegated.

The market seems to have cottened onto the Chiz Newton draw as its been backed into 3/1.  However the same situation seems to apply for the Taylor game as well.  The only downside of Taylor playing for a draw is he is much more likely to be looking for a win for a top 4 finish than the other 3 players who, with all due respect, will just be happy to make the final 8 and pick up another round of appearance money from the second half of the season.

Does anyone know where we can get a confirmed order of play for next week as order of play in these bets is important.

This is the wiki link for the schedule. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Premier_League_Darts#3_April. No idea if this order of play is accurate.

PL Darts again tonight, and as usual www.stakesandladders.com have a private £5 Blonde-only pool plus Lil'Dave's private £100 pool running alongside our public pools.

Despite Lil'Dave and most of his degen crew being in Amsterdam on a messy one, we already have 8 entries to his pool. And Dave assures me there will be more entering as soon as they get their heads together...

Anyone wanting to enter for the first time then let me know your S&L username and I will add you to the list. Highly recommended since Lil'Dave's pool has been won by a first time entrant every week but one so far...

Ha ha! Had loads of family come round this afternoon/evening so wasn't able to enter. Don't worry, my dead money will be there next week.

www.stakesandladders.com have put guarantees on tonight's public PL Darts pools. There is a chance of some overlays for those of you into snapping up value.

As usual Lil'Dave's private £100 darts pool is running. The last two weeks have been won by Blondes (redarmi and Bazzaboy) and the prize pool is usually pretty huge with around 15 entrants most weeks. So get in it if you fancy gambling with Dave and his degen pals. If you want to be added to the permission list for Lil'D's private pools then let me know your S&L username and I will add you in.

Are Chisnall and Anderson really good friends, or am I misremembering?

Think Anderson is pally with everyone, isn't he?

Never seen him have a cross word with anyone in all the time I've been watching.

I think Anderson is a lay tonight, but only if they aren't close friends.

Chisnall is really high scorer, doesn't seem to have eased off despite being unable to qualify and Anderson is notoriously fragile under pressure. And he really needs 2 points tonight.
