Ah. Very Good Tal.

But I am more than happy to step down in place of better aftertimers.

Durrant 11/10 looks fair to me. He has been really solid all week and we know how twitchy Adams can get in a tight one.

Why doesn't aq player like Robert Thornton switch back to the BDO?

He's vvv unlikely to ever win a major at the PDC even though he's an excellent player.

But he'd surely win everything at the BDO

Isn't "everything" one tournament in the Bdo?

He will make a lot more $$$ in the PDC ranked in top 10 that he would in the BDO as number 1. To match his earnings (in prize money) he would have be pretty much sweep the boards in the BDO. There is £100k for winning the Lakeside but peanuts for everything else. Thornton has earnt £228k in the PDC order of merit which is on a rolling two years. That doesn't include money won in the GSOD or Premier League both of which are very lucrative.

Darts database has hit total earnings for the past two years as £383k.
