Live MTT, blinds are 100 / 200, 14 left in the tourney, 4 get paid.
Ok Our hero is in the cut off, 2 limpers before him. hero's stack is 3700
Our Hero's cards
, we raise 4 x the BB
Big blind Calls ( 8000 chips) , one limper calls ( 5000 chips ) the other folds.
the limper was reallt taxed by his call, it took him about 4 mins to make the call, BB player is loose aggressive
Flop
Big Blind raises 1K
Limper calls 1 K
your move Hero, what do you do??

Yea i'd go all i too. if you go all in you're giving 3/1 on the pot so i'm sure you'll get a caller.

At this point you're only behind against someone with 78 (unlikely, not worth worrying about) or 88 (even less likely) Your hand is not very vulnerable either, an overpair might trip up and hit a bigger boat, but this possibility isn't worth worrying about either. An overpair would have been likely to re-raise you pre-flop and if one is out there they are drawing quite thin.
The strongest possibility of being outdrawn comes from a hand like 89 or A8. You don't need to worry about this either because...there's no way going all-in at this point will get them off the hand. If you're losing to this hand, it won't be because you gave free cards away. You'd lose anyway.
So, I'll just flat call the 1k and hope to get paid on either the turn or river. You've got position so can bet the river if no-one wants to put their chips in for you by then.

True but if you flat call here it will scream strength because you have put over half of your chips in, people will be expecting you to go all in. If neither of the other two players have the 8 they may shut up shop after seeing you do that.

Limper moves all in over the top of the BB.

The BB folded.
Our hero joyfully turns over his pocket
limper turns over
BB had
Not a bad beat story, I was behind all the way. But what a laugh to go out on that. I just wanted to know if anyone else could get away from it.

I'd have lost all my chips in that pot.

The only way I could ever get away from this is if I were playing Omaha.
Even then I'd probably lose all my chippies.
Not even Snoopy could pass 77 here newmanseye. You were just cold decked is all.
