I expected a Froome win, but not the time gaps to the other contenders, wow.
Valverde, surprised at his 3rd.
A lot to look at for top 10 & top 6. Still early days with much tougher stages.

Porte Podium at 4-1 tick
Porte outright at 29-1 - needs Froome to come a cropper
Quintana e/w at 33-1 way he climbed today, and he's in the top ten, this must have a chance?

Wow. What a cracking stage today. Thought for a moment that Quintana might be able to hold on. But Froome just pulverised everyone going up the final climb. Amazing.

According to Spanish media he is still under team orders & only given free reign on Valverde's say so. |
