HM tracks Omaha and plo8.  You have to pay extra for it to track both.  I used to have poker tracker Omaha a few years ago, though not sure if it did plo8.

Poker tracker stud was left to die a year ago. Fpdb is the only thing I know ofthat does stud games. Think it does draw too

slight derail, but if you play 2-7TD there's a great piece of free software called SMACK (show mucked cards).

This shows opponents mucked cards after showdown, hologrammed over their actual cards.  Great if you want to see what you got called with without going into the hand replayer each time.
