5/5 Blackpool GUKPT. Board reads AK88J I bet the end, guy calls, I show AT. Guy flashes an Ace and slides his cards in. Pot is in front of me when my friend says, "It should be a chop"
Dealer turns and says "Its up to you".
What would you do? I 100% saw the Ace.
There are a million factors to this I'm not mentioning, and I'm aware of this. WWYD?

someone I dont know 100% not chopping.
Would chop with reg fish to keep him in the game/coming back.
Assuming no-one I talk to regularly in a game would be this silly but would chop with them too.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Their mistake, shouldn't be so careless and im sure they wont be in future. Never chopping unless its someone I know / someone who is fairly new to the game.

It's not rightly fair that he can play through the streets and not give you full info about his hand. Just ask him what his kicker was. If he snap tells you then easy chop. If he gives you any shit like "Why does it matter?" then keep the whole pot. That's why it matters kid.

Yh lol, some absolute clownish moments come to mind
I made a $7,500 mistake in Vegas and I mentioned it the next day and the guy snap gave me my money back - I would have legit done the same thing for him but he had no way to know that so that was very good of him.
