Tonight we play the €300 turbo as our last chance saloon to salvage something from the trip.Although Ed locked up a couple of bags last night at cash.Hence he his now cooking me a pasta dish before washing the car in the morning.
French morale is on the floor following their defeat to Italy and for this reason only I have decided to wear an England rugby cap at the table tonight. It's a turbo comp so anything can happen. I just flipped a coin and it landed on it's side. I am not sure what that means.

So you come all this way to be knocked out of the €300 Turbo by your own frigging son. Marv.

Ok let's not get carried away but Ed is down to the final 27 in the turbo.
Min cash at 20. He has about 40k, average stack is about 28k and blinds are 1,500/3000 with an ante of 400.
It's crapshoot time. Even a min cash of €600 would seem like a victory. Oh,there's €13,000 up top.
Blinds shoot up in 9 minutes. There's a massive rail building for this prestigious tournament. Well,me.

Successful revenge bok by father for my knocking him out I'm afraid.

Jammed 10bb from the btn with 95cc  to be tank, called by A6 from the bb.

Rest went in from cut off with Q8o next hand only to be slowrolled by same villain with.....aces. Pigeons everywhere.

Thanks for the excellent reportage which has been well worth the small investment.

I especially enjoyed your description of breakfast at the market, I could almost smell the coffee.

It's been emotional.

3 days of Poker and three slowrolls with aces witnessed.
Never seen anything like it . Seems like if you get aces then you work on your slow roll
       strategy.

Ed is a little tilted and has hit the fridge ' Pigeons, frigging pigeons everywhere. Time for some organic cider '
         That's how Baller he is.

Chilling with the Super Bowl. Ed has a few bob on the '49 ers. Apparently Phil Ivey has a chunk on Ravens.
Maybe visit a few War Cemeteries tomorrow just to lighten the mood.
