FFS, didn't notice you had disallowed roschart as well. That's 3 perfectly good words you have disallowed - replate, unwon & roschart.

Here's an idea if you do this quiz again - next time use a dictionary that has, you know, the words of the English language in it.

That's lovely.

Now one from the Oxford Dictionary of English, as explained at the outset, if you would be so delicious.

I might alienate everyone, but at least we all now hate oxford.

Apart from stato, probably

Tal

Estrin is a well known medical term

How can it NOT be in the dictionary you are using?

estrin (es´trin),
n the generic term for the ovarian estrogens estriol, estrone, and estradiol.

Sorry, didn't check that my words were in that dictionary. As I said, I assumed you were using one that had most of the words in the English language in it.

I mean no disrespect, Rich. I would genuinely much rather everyone picked words in the dictionary I selected at the start. I chose the one they use on Countdown, thinking this would be the best way.

I know the term estrin and I know upleapt.

But I set out the rules and, annoyingly, I'm bound to keep to them.
