Has anyone tried the iPoker client on a Microsoft Surface tablet? I know they are not compatible on Android or Apple as of yet but thought it may be a different story on Windows OS?
It's not compatible as far as I am aware, it's only compatible for Window and Windows XP.

Retrieving hand histories anyone?

Wasn't playing at home and setting to store locally wasn't selected anyway.
I will check regarding the hand histories as I'm not sure where they are retrieved if you don't store them locally on your PC. Will get back to you.

Unless any players know and can answer, please do so Smiley

Sure its been asked before, but can't see it/find it.

is there an expiry date on live event tokens? i.e. 300 monthly, incredible 100's etc      if there is how do we find the info needed before we play?

Is it worth playing tonnes of sats to build up ur live tickets balance etc??

TIA
Tokens all come with an expiry date which varies depending on whether it's a feeder token or satellite token into a main event.

Feeder tokens always last for 14 days, however if the satellite programme is coming to an end i.e. tonight is the last £110 Monte Carlo satellite, if a player wins a £110 token today it will have a 14 day expiry but there is actually only 1 opportunity to play it so always bear that in mind too. It can't be used for another £110 tournament as it's only set for the Monte Carlo ones.

Main event tokens are valid for 60 days for regular events which usually includes the Deepstacks (but there isn't one until July now) and the Incredible 100 which gives you at least  2 events to choose from.

However tokens for one off events such as Monte Carlo, Grand Prix and ISPT expire after the event has taken place. Therefore win 1 seat and it must be played for the upcoming event, win multiple and they must be used with the intention to re-enter in that event, if you make day 2 we will transfer them to other events for you.

Hi Guys

This is the response I had regarding Hand Histories:-

The player can manually search in "my account" and look at cash table and tournament history. If they run a search over a period of time they should see all tournaments / sessions they have played. When they click on them, they can "update local information" which will download the hand history onto the player's computer. Also, please advise the player (if they haven't already) to check "store hand history locally" in their options.

Cheers Nicola

I recently set up an account and so far like the site. Before setting up an online poker account I normally send a 'tester' email to customer support asking a general question relating to a banking issue. I find this gives me a good idea how efficient and reliable customer support are. DTD passed with flying colours. I received an answer a few hours later. The support staff are friendly and they answered my questions without a problem. Before deciding what ipoker room to use when I was looking to add to my SkyPoker games recently, I contacted several major ipoker sites with the same questions. DTD and William Hills were the winners in terms of customer service. Some of the others were poor and another major unnamed ipoker skin took five days to answer my email. Well done DTD.
