I am excluded permanently from genting and therefore not able to play on the new DTD site. I think this is unfair as I definately have never or wud never ask to be excluded from DTD. I am desperate to play the sattelites etc and cant bare the thought of missing opps to qualify monte carlo etc. Is it poss to register account under girlfriend name and get the seats for myself or is this fround upon, definately not allowed, illegal, could get shot for? ty

Can you rebuy immediately or do you have to lose a chip or two first?
Do you have to click on auto-rebuy so as not to be kicked out if you lose you original stack and would that automatically rebuy if you do drop below your original stack?

You have to lose a couple of chips so that you're below 5,000 chips. You will be given the option to rebuy when you lose all of your chips even if you don't have auto-rebuy on, unless you have already had your rebuy as this is restricted to 1 rebuy. |

Hi Newy Nick has mentioned that if you create an account with DTD, we will then be able to look at your account on an indivisual basis. Please let Nick know once you have created an account with us  You won't be able to use someone elses name as this isn't allowed, we won't shoot you though (not in this country  ) please bear with us and we will do everything we can for you. Hi Newy - i PM'd you if you want to get this sorted I have tried downloading and opening new ac by clicking link on dtd site but after 1st page it says I already have email address associated with this site and I am not allowed 2 (or words to that effect) what do i need to do? |

Do I need to sign up and get a new account if I have a William Hill/Genting account or can I play on their skin for DTD sats?
Yes you need a new dtd account you can play the sats through genting tho Dewi. I may have to do this tonight as there seems to be a little confusion as to being able to use AlexGoulder as my name on the new Dtd site  Hi Just to avoid confusion Jason you can NOT play the DTD events while on the genting software they are showing in the lobby but can not play. Please let us know if this is any different on your machine / PC oh ok. Will have to play on Dtd then. Been told I could not use AlexGoulder, so I radomly made up the name Nick Whitten |

i had same issue no cannot have same card associated with 2 accounts support can sort but then you would need to do player to player transfer to get funds onto or off genting to do player transfer you would need to be verified (sent acceptable picture and address id) oops to slow |
