Am I being stupid or is the ability to write detailed (or several) notes on the same player not possible now? On Boss Media I had several examples of how a hand was played attached to one player but I can only seem to write a couple of sentances on the new software? Anyone else noticed yet or am I doing something wrong?
Hi Loukas I have asked about this for you and as far as I am aware there are only a couple of rows for you to make notes. Unless anyone else has found a way to do it? Cheers Nicola Ok many thanks for looking into it Nicola, I am abbreviating more in notes now! New updates in the future may allow for more notes anyway, fingers crossed 😀

I am one of over 20 players stuck in a micro sat which has frozen leaving one table playing three handed and 18 other players doing nothing. What is the normal outcome for such error on ipokers behalf?

Hi chamberlain If they can restart the tournament it will play out but if it cancels all players will be refunded. More than likely to cancel by the sound of it. Support are aware and are looking into it now for you. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Nicola

Thank you for the response Nicola.
A refund isn't really the point in my opinion though, would you not tend to agree? I understand tournaments can crash occasionally but I was twice logged out randomly and then the tournament crashes as a whole? Doesn't really give much faith for next time does it, especially when promoting a new software.

I appreciate what you are saying and we do agree with you. We are working with iPoker to fix any problems such as this and will do everything we can to improve the players experience with the new software.

All new software has teething problems, and I understand that there is nothing anyone can do to fix them short term. The trouble is when errors happen you loose that player faith and essentially that custom for the future, this is something a refund will not fix. Again thank you for your response and honesty agreeing that the software is pants (at times!).

when changing / chosing a password, can it not specify what a password must consist of rather than allowing me to type something that isnt allowed and THEN telling me it doesnt meet the criteria!? just put some notes there saying what the criteria is rather than wasting my time. thanks
