Her dad is Petr Korda who used to be a top-two ranked tennis player.

Never knew that, but you are, of course, correct....

It is a very optimistic punt, but she seems to have started 2013 in fine fettle, & I think 50/1 is sporting value.

Struggled to find a bet for Bay Hill this week but finally threw a dart at Jason Dufner @50.
It's an odd market with Tiger @ 0/30 and 20/1 bar.

It appears as though Yani Tseng(world #1 for the last year or so) has withdrawn which cannot be a bad thing for Shin-funkers even if she's not on top form currently.

I could hit 16 3-ball bets in a row without a win tonight - I'm way beyond the giving up stage....

I thought the proper Golf was quite tough this week. With Woods at a prohibitive price, there must have been value elsewhere, but I could not see it. I nearly had a tickle on Els, but he had a shocker.

In the Kia Classic (Girlie Golf) as well as Ji-Yai Shin (18/1) I have dabbled on Jessica Corda, EW @ 50/1, & Top Ten @ 7/2.
How can I possibly lose?
Jessica seems a most pleasing individual.
Miss Shin did not have a good day, & is 5 behind the leader, but Jessica had a grand day, & was looking like overnight leader until dropped shots @ 15 & 18 left her two behind, & tied for 4th.
She needs another good day today, & then we can get a proper sweat on. She is down to 14/1 now, from 50/1.

The back nine seems a fair bit tougher than the front on last night's evidence.
Caroline Hedwall was flying -6 after nine then doubled that tenth, Ms Korda was also looking extremely good for a while and is still in very good shape indeed.
Ms Shin needs to get her finger out today or she could get too fas behind.
At Bay Hill the waggler also needs to get his finger out if he's to be a factor this week.

I winced when I saw Caroline Hedwall up there!
The back 9, or so I am reliably informed by my
Golf Counsellor
, is noticeably tougher than the front 9.

That'll teach me to chirp.
Jessica has played three holes so far today.
Bogey
Bogey
Double Bogey.
Next case.
