Had an early look at the memorial betting. I like to back previous strong performers at the venue. Tiger is overwhelmingly the favourite due to his current form and form on this course but at 9/4 is unbackable IMO. for value hunters i like:

Kenny Perry 300/1 ( few firms) he has won it three times
Ernie Els 80/1 BV (6 places paid ew). Also previous winner and decent showing in the BMW just gone

It seems most approach these tournies with a larger portfolio than I do, with 4/5/6 selections per Tourny.

Wont bore you with reasons, but

Nordea

Illonen(Nap)
Santos
Karlberg
Blixt
Casey(!)

Memorial

Kuchar(Nap)
Fowler
Leishman
Furyk
McIiroy.

Few cross doubles chucked in for good measure etc. GL

I've left that Nordic Open in BigAdz's capable hands this week but I have a selection of cornettos in the other two.

On my main girl Jiyai Shin @16/1 EW in the LPGA shopaholics event.

For some reason which is beyond my comprehension Sang-Moon Bae is available @240 on betty in The Memorial prompting a dart to be thrown, the guy just won a couple of weeks ago ffs.

Also had a dabble @440 on Shane Lowry who jet-lag notwithstanding appears to be in the form of his life so worth a tickle imo.

Mine's a 99 please..

Happy with the start in Sweden.

All the players bar Casey been on the front page at some stage, Blixt in 2nd as I type.

Memeorial looking bleak, although Koooooooooch has started with -4 and is tied 7th.

Go team!

I had a look earlier, too.

As far as I can see, it is a 3 day/Round Tournament, starting today.

Miss Shin tees off, I think, just after 9am local.

54-hole tourney, Fri./Sat./Sun.

All LPGA tourneys used to be 54-holes apart from their majors which were 72-holes, but nowadays the shorter form is more like the exception than the rule.

Impressive tippage thus far Adzy even if your team has grown somewhat.

Talk about gilding the lily Wink

Both Naps 2 clear with a round to go.

Its gonna go so wrong, so nice profit taken out of each and will keep fingers crossed on the doubles!

Top bombing in Europe Adzy, GL getting the double up.

I think Tiger's missus must be sticking pins in a doll and loving every minute of this week's performance, it's almost as though Tiger thinks I've lumped on him.

Anyone take the 9/4 those generous bookie-chaps were offering?
