I noticed that the fella who used to hang around the Rio pretending to be Chris Ferguson wasn't around last year.  I imagine the future is looking a little brighter this morning for Ferguson impersonators everywhere.

I very much doubt if hearing from him would give you any insight into this whatsoever.

Yes really.

Lack of protest means diddly squat, there are miriad cases going on and he's most likely been advised not to speak out.

He knew about a 9 figure hole, he knew the company was trading whilst insolvent and he allowed that company to continue to take desposits from customers, yeah seems like a solid upstanding guy to me

I have no idea how much he knew or what his culpability in the whole mess was.  However I'd bet decent money that when all the shit hit the fan he snap went to his lawyer and they told him to say nothing about anything.  Just because someone has taken their lawyer's advice like gospal it isn't evidence of guilt in itself.  I'd like to think culpability would be worked out through the courts but with it being the US it looks like a lot of people are going to sign forms, hand over money and never see the inside of a courtroom.
