Found myself BURIED last night in the 1/2, in for 800 and two double ups wouldn't get me unstuck, looked like it was gonna be a horrendous day..
Didn't faze me too much though due to some good table convo and not a lot I could of done in the big pots I lost.
Hand 1 - Open
to £7, sb good reg makes it £22, I cover him just playing £300. I peel
he bets £22, I make it £57 pretty quickly and he tank calls.
comes turn and he leads £55, seemed a little weird but folding/calling seemed ridiculous so I jammed and he snapped with
Hand 2 - Double a shorter stacked Belton up when I open
and get four callers and bet £23 on
, Sean calls, brick turn, I bet £38, Sean jams for 140 more and I call it off and lose to
Absolutely buried at this point, in for 800 and 230 infront of me. Soon get all-in again with good reg from before when I £15 a couple of limpers with
, they all call. I look very steamed at this point I assume and lady has commented to her friend that "I'm a bluffer"
and I £42, reg jams and I call and win. JB comments that reg must have a set but I hold in a slightly bad board run out.
Proceeded to win a lot of medium sized pots after this to end with a -140 loss which really easy that bad in the grand scheme of things, only my 3rd losing day this month but due to work my hourly has dropped a little.

Had some great table conversation, and something that came up in my mind while I was talking to someone was "Don't judge a book by it's cover" for people who don't know me I'm a hoodie wearing emo lookalike and properly look I'm about to be executed on a daily basis, it came up when I was playing a tournament recently that someone commented that "I didn't look very friendly", 30 mins later I'm telling them all about my family and showing them pictures of my baby niece.
On to next week and the stream cash game on Wednesday which I'm really looking forward to. I get to see behind a few curtains and some people get to see behind mine...
