All missed your chance.

Betting Emporium picked exactly one of the same horses I selected as a good value bet yesterday, implying I was rather lucky at the expense of many Sklansky dollars.

Today, however...yep...just one again.

Obviously, you'll need to subscribe to the site to find out which (see what I did there?).

Can I luckbox it again today? I can only conclude the bookies hope so!

If you ... select a non-runner it will be counted as a £2 win bet on the SP favourite (lowest racecard number if there are joint/co favourites).

Thanks for the nudge.

And if there were previously 5 runners but now only 4 meaning standard e/w terms don't apply?

For assistance if said bets had been placed with a bookmaker they would turn the 1pt e/w into a 2pt win bet.

EDIT: With reference to those that still line up but cannot, on standard terms, be bet e/w.

Thanks very much for the assistance. Smiley
I have to admit this circumstance hasn't arisen before.
That sounds like a most equitable solution.

I have created an addendum to the rules.  See: http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=60721.msg1744835#msg1744835
Note that if gg.com (https://gg.com/racing/) shows two (or more) horses in the result, I will use that for the purposes of settling e/w tips.

Cue Card v Flemenstar match bet, thoughts?

I find this quite fascinating due to there being so many imponderables.

Flemenstar made the running when winning over 2.5M in Ireland early in the season and we know that Cue Card usually seems at his best when making it too, but Cue Card can get a bit fizzy when taken on for the lead meaning he doesn't run up to his best form.

Flemenstar has always been reported to be a terrible traveller and was apparently sweating up yesterday morning at excercise due to there being a lot of activity around him in unfamiliar surroundings although his trip over on the ferry went very well. Will the real Flemenstar show up?

I would tend to favour Cue Card in the match, but it'll be a watching brief for me, allbeit one that I'm very much looking forward to.

Cheers Ralph,
My heart is telling me to take Flemenstar (with a spot) on spreads.  My gut is telling me not to take his fitness on trust.
