This could've been a very decent day indeed. I had a lot of final 2 tables in 180's and some 9th's thrown in too. Still, the $82 hyper bink for $1800 is hilarious since I've not played an $82 hyper for 6-8 weeks.

Next week is UKIPT Galway and I'd really like to play it under this investment. I understand that it's a shot but I have a few reasons why I think I deserve to play it. It's going to be incredibly profitable- potential overlay, lots of satellite players and in general the irish poker scene has a lot of recreational players. I think that you will agree with me that I have a great willingness to grind my arse off, with make-up being very low at the moment it feels like a good time to take a punt. Lastly, I want to play because I've not played live since January and I miss it terribly.

There is a €330 side event on the Saturday if I bust early and I'll be taking my laptop to play online on the Sunday too.

I can get the expenses pretty low as I'm going over with Atkin and we are hiring a car as it seems the cheapest option. It feels pretty rude to ask to put some of the expenses on make-up so I think I can stretch to pay them.

Seems like Mr Atkin forgot he had something important on his agenda! I'm going to be giving Ireland a miss now and just try to qualify for future stuff.

Today has been one of my worst days in over a month and I'm currently 3/3 at a cheapo $33 final, 1st won't even get me close to out ($750UT)
