As played you can just fold and pick a better spot to do the shoving yourself, imo. Also, 6-7 bb's is still enough to fold in a satellite when avoiding putting our survival at risk is paramount. Given you were 49th/60 i'm presuming the average bb's was prob not much than 12-13 bb's i.e. so the relative value of each bb counts more. I don't think by any means your call can ever be
that bad btw, usually going to be flipping with a view to locking up a seat. But given your stack/position you had just enough to pick a better spot. This also doesn't take into account players (ideally above you) busting in cooler spots or simply through poor play
