Charity Run - 22nd May

Hi Guys & Girls,

I've decided to take some time from my degeneracy and do my bit for the British Heart Foundation by taking part in the 10km Canary Wharf Run on 22 May! We are all likely to know a friend or member of family who suffers from a heart condition, and so any donations, no matter how small, are a great way to show how much you care, and to make a difference to someone's life.

If any Blondeites could spare a few Big Blinds, it would be much appreciated.
