Apologise for lack of detail/hands

30 tables on the go, impossible to spot hands start to finish until we lose some players unless I a) get lucky or b) just do one table, I'd rather follow more players than that....

The good diary of John Black  Age 12 3/4

Tom Ambler raises to 400

I look down at A-2 suited.

Yippee, I can play the Ace-deuce game

I peel, consider the min click float jam strategy but decide to play small-ball as tighty is watching. and So, more importantly is Jake. Jake is next to me. I wonder if he knows I crush NL10 over 127,000 hands? Only on Friday nights though. I will have to strike up a conversation with him

Another player comes along. Stupid of him. How can he hope to outplay me in the Ace-Deuce game?

the flop comes Q-8-2

Perfect. I have a pair

Ambler bets into me

Perfect again, for volume 35 of the John Black Ace-Deuce strategy guide

I raise. Completely standard in this spot aainst a non-thinking opponent like Ambler. At least I think he is non-thinking. Everyone is compared to me. and pleno. and Jake. Oh Jake, you are so close to me it hurts.....

Tom calls

We both check on the Ace turn. This is wonderful not only am I playing the Ace-deuce game but I have an Ace and a deuce on the board to match those in my hand. Pleno taught me this means I have two pairs. Oh Jake, I am going to make you so proud...

the river is a blank

Tom checks

I overbet rim dunk slam jam, as I do against the Ukrainians on a Friday.

Tom thinks about it and I think he is going to call.

He folds though

Jake looks at me. Yes, he looks at me!

----

The bad diary of John Black, age 12 3/4

George Baldock raises

Baldock is a town in Hertfordshire

I learnt that in basic spy training....

Someone I do not know and therefore they are unimportant peels. Fool.

Jake Cody folds in the small blind

Oh Jake, I so want you to out-play me in a hand so I can see what it feels like

I flat

Q-Q-5 flop

Perfect, if I have any hand really. He can't possibly have any part of it and I can use being out of position to outplay him as Jake would want me to do

I check. For deception. I only ever check for deception

Baldock bets 700

I call, with ultimate dexterity, hopefully Jake notices the artistry with which my right index finger flicks those chips in

We both check

He has none of it

I bet 1200

He makes it 3100

Oh. Can't give up now, Jake is watching

10,000. Take that Hertfordshire town man

He shoves for 35,000

Oh. Oh. Jake, I'm sorry. I only wanted to impress you. Jake, Jake, Ja....I fold

Jamie Rutherford updates tighty?

yup 35,000

He is on the same table as a big hand I saw

Sam Grafton opened and got five callers. Only five, including Sky Poker player Steven Carr

10-J-7 flop, two diamonds

Checked round to Carr, last to speak who bets 1,000

One caller

Grafton 6,000

Carr flats

Heads up to the turn 3 of diamonds

Grafton shoves, just over a pot sized bet

Carr calls him with A-J top pair top kicker and holds against K-Q the up and down on the 7 river to go to over 80,000 and knock Grafton out

Nice hand bro. Smiley

Its difficult to win chips when I have 93o every hand.. Trying tho.
12k @ 150/300/25

Had one tough spot earlier where Chris Smith did a bluff and had to fold a pair, then did the river 3bt with some live reads that turned out to be not so concrete.

Grindin and chilling.

Jakes had some Eugh spots.. Getting reraised all over the shop.
