Simple question really for the tournament players out there. The synchronised break has now basically, been applied across all sites at 5 mins to the hour.

This allows respite that comes as a complete luxury to the guys who have been around and dealt with some terribly long constant shifts!

How do you make use of this time?

Stick the kettle on, outside for a cig, finish making brew on the way back. Usually takes somewhere between 4:58 and 5:01

Plan what food I can make in 5 minutes leading up to the break, then have a mad dash for 5 minutes actually doing it.

Starting to get more active myself and have now decided to see how many kickups I can do in the garden. Got to 50 before my muscles tire and I start to kick surrounding objects by accident. That is when I come back in. Good to get some blood flowing though, because it can really frustrate you sitting down for so long.

Can't believe it took for so long for someone to mention a porn site.

I was thinking about this the other day and that MTT players must be very efficient at doing a lot of stuff in 5 minutes.
yesterday was hectic one for me
0-30secs Finish stealing blinds as everybody folds before break (old skool style poker)
31 secs Kettle filled with one cup of water to speed boiling
36 secs Oven turned on
37-96secs Peas out of freezer in cup in microwave.  Moussaka ready meal out of sleeve, film pierced, cooking time and temperature committed to memory.
98-180 secs  toilet break
181 secs Start making cup of tea.
182-250 secs.  While tea is brewing set alarm for 30 mins time so moussaka doesn't burn.
251-275 secs finish making cup of Tea.  Moussaka in Oven.
277 secs back in seat.
278 - 290 secs Rush to get triangle of Toblerone to accompany tea.
290-300 secs Ready to steal blinds from all people late back off breaks.

The real skill started 30 mins later when i had to cook the peas and get moussaka out the oven whilst 12 tabling.
