Looks to be working fine from here - currently downloading at between 13 and 20 kb/s. Upload speed is similar too.

Averaging at 41 down and 26 up!
I have paused all my others so this is getting full bandwidth now - well it would be if I wasn't on VC and here, but as far as other torrents I have running, this one is getting full whack.
BTW BitComet is much much much better than Azureus!

Ironside as you are (where) the only seed it would be quicker if you used SUPERSEEDING
This ensures that every clinet connecting to you is given a different chunk of data. That way, the clients all have different chunks to share amongst themselves and the swarm gets 100% available in half the time.

Things are up and running again now but we do appear (according to Azureus) to have a problem of only peers and no seeds. Looks like between us there's only 58.8% of the download available. We still need a seeder with the full file.
