Lol! Dont forget the chip stacks! I wouldn't massively overbet the pot as like you said his calling is very inelastic. In regards to betting all his stack vs 9/10s of his stack, I think there's a psychological element with it being his tournament life I realise being left with 5bb is effectively the same thing, but I do feel that the All in adds an extra couple of % to his chances of folding.
