Yep, that's Ram, sitting on a healthy stack.

Simon Young (Blondeite Suffolkpunch) is OUT.

Eliminated on the feature table by Noah Boeken.

Unforuntatley, I was unable to see the hole cards, but the board was .

Boeken moved in for 22k and was called by Young.

The river was no help.

Hard luck Mr. Young (a blondeite dontcha know) - he said he'd gone to the Feature Table with 14k and turned it into 40k pretty sharpish...easy come easy go in No Limit though...

And lastly, for a little while, here's a photo of Julian, looking focused as ever. But he always gives the wandering updaters a smile.  Good luck to him!

Simon Young (Blondeite Suffolkpunch) is OUT.

Eliminated on the feature table by Noah Boeken.

Unforuntatley, I was unable to see the hole cards, but the board was .

Boeken moved in for 22k and was called by Young.

The river was no help.

Just spoke to Simon, he's absolutely gutted. He enjoyed being on the final table, but is feeling quite low after his sudden exit.

He elaborated on the hand for me.

There was a preflop raise from mateyboy which Simon flat called with A-T suited. Noah Boeken also called from the small blind.

The flop came .

Noah bet 7k. The original raiser folded and Simon called.

The turn was the .

Noah moved all-in for 22k. After a biref dwell, Simon called for all his chips.

Noah turned over Two Clubs for trips. No ten came and Simon was a gonna.

When I spoke to him, he mentioned that he was convinced that Noah wouldn't call preflop with a 5, and expected a preflop reraise with AA, KK, QQ, or JJ. The most logical hand was something like pocket nines or eights.

Anyhow, it wasn't meant to be and Simon is left to make the long walk off the stage and out of the cardroom.

In a bizarre moment that makes me feel like I'm dreaming, a brass band has marched into the hotel and are now standing on the stairs along the bannister.

The good news? They're all young Danish stunners in short white skirts.

The bad news? The batteries in the camera have run out.

I can see it all though. It's a visual treat!

This is quite the most surreal thing that has ever happened on an update.  The band is spread all down the stairs, cymbals are crashing, young ladies in little skirts looking very serious are playing trumpets and things and a succession of ladies and gents in evening dress is walking up the stairs between the rows of bandmembers.  I will get a picture from somewhere...

Rookie Isaksen Rainer is OUT.

Still, not bad for his first live comp.

He lost a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge pot to Scandieboy who now has around 150k.

Rainer had AJ, and Scanieboy held AQ on a board of A77Q2

Simon Young has now just finished a swanky TV interview with some stunner from PokerStars.

He's now vowed to jump onto the booooooooooooze bus.

Good lad.

Snopoy might have thought Anina Gundesen was out, but in fact she's just been moved.  Honestly, he gives the ladies no credit at all... although her stack is a low 20k.
