Unlucky for Pete, but sick result and at least the way it played out vindicates his decision to deal.

turned on the stream, really want to hear tighty, but for that I have to hear zimbler. seriously why the fk does he keep getting asked to do this? why are you putting aids directly into my ears. awful, utterly awful.  just adds nothing.

[4:58:47 PM] Andrew W: just put a mic in the mens cubicles
[4:58:51 PM] Andrew W: and let us listen to grunts and splatters.

Sigh ul Pete.... obv the guy didnt 5-bet call... he 5-bet jammed and Pete called. (they were saying Jacob 5-bet called on the stream).

Fun sweat watching Pete and Nick at the final.

Shame Zimbler is doing the commentary... I like having a contrast between Tighty's accessible commentary and a more high level pro's opinion. Need a bit more in-depth analysis to contrast. Tighty doing a great job though.

Alex Goulder is up in the commentary area for the restart. The 98327489327893246 mile walk to escort him round to the room was not fun.

Good interview from Pete

Yeh I thought so, he was philosophical, and took it like a pro.

I hope this isn't a clear cut race for second, with first in the bag, gotta hope Nick Hicks gets some spots to get himself back into contention for the win.

Any talk at all about a deal? Or is this rather short 30 mins dinner break some sort of code for it?

Nick Hicks – 254 000 euros
Gwendoline Janot – 243 000 euros
Jakub Michalak – 236 000 euros
Xavier El Fassy – 204 000 euros
