Because it just hasn't been embarrassing enough being a Blackburn supporter over the last few years.

Massive victory for us.

Ulloa came off the bench too.

Watford in the dung.  Another absolutely dreadful performance.

Looks like Zola has walked.

Oscar Garcia 68th in the list of longstanding managers.

24 have departed since July. Incredible.

No doubt he will be top 50 come may!

Funny old game...the fashionable icon walks with the club struggling, whilst the guy they sacked to make way for him is flying high

Indeed, I was gutted when Dyche was sacked - he did so well with sfa resources at Watford..

Looking back a joint management team of SD & GZ could have worked out nicely    ....     flair and defensive grit, the ideal combo ftw.

As you say,"Funny old game..."

It's almost as if any manager goes on a bit of a poor streak (seem to be about 6 games these days) the chairman gets an itchy trigger finger.

I thought our arch enemy, Derby, had it right with Clough working away nice and steadily with little to no budget, then wallop, he gets it too.

Clubs have to be realistic, you are where you are in most cases, as that is your level.

It's as if there's 35 clubs who think they deserve to be in the Premier League (we are one of those too).  When the reality is far from that.

To be fair, Watford lost 5 games in a row at home (Bolton, Yeovil, Sheff Weds back to back!) and have 4 points from 27.   The performances at home have been dreadful.  Zola seemed to have run out of ideas, so this was probably inevitable.

This could be good news for some of the players Zola doesn't seem to fancy like Iriney, Acuna, Belkalem and Battochio.

Do you think they are regretting it now though?  They are absolutely flying.

Well that was quick.  Giuseppe Sannino, former Palermo manager, 1/4 shot across the board for the Watford job.

Copied from my post on Fred:

Barnsley have called a press conference today where it's expected that Danny Wilson will be announced as our new manager, who is now 1/20 with Bet Victor.

Saturday's woeful performance against Yeovil effectively put the nail in the coffin of any chances Mellon had of winning the job full-time.

Personally, I'm overjoyed to see King Danny return to us, but the scale of what he's stepping into was highlighted on Saturday when I chatted about it with the guy who sits directly behind me.  Time will tell if he keeps his promise of "never setting foot into Oakwell again if he's brought back."

FWIW, with regard to Fred's various bets on Barnsley this season, I think this is an appointment which will require us to give him time and patience to address the issues with the team.  If anything, I think it increases our chances of relegation this season compared to some of the 'quick fix' managers who could have been brought in until the end of the season.  However, provided he doesn't get hounded out by the vocal minority and that he's given time to fix things, I think it's the best medium-term appointment we could have made.

Just catching up on it and it's a classic so far.  4.5 minutes in and is still a shot of an empty table with a billboard behind it.

Mutterings that Di Matteo is the number 1 target for the Pozzos and there is a chance of an interim "Rafa" style appointment this season until Di Matteo's Chelsea compensation payments cease in the summer.

Not sure what that means for this season.  Probably not good.

Some big games in the championship today, Tightys team vs QPR on TV should be a cracker. Not sure I want either to win.

Think Barnsely who have a jinx over Leeds and a with their new manager might upset us today and nick a draw. Its a shame its so expensive for the away fans, u gonna listen to it sheriff?
