The villain is a newish reg who seems to play standardish but not amazing, on the slightly looser side.

Now, assuming that he's not got a properly constructed range on the turn (because most regs at $100nl are no where near smart or thorough enough to properly construct ranges in these spots), how do you think we should be fighting this line with:

A) Our bluffs (two overs and a gutshot, bare two overs)

B) Our semi bluffs (open ended straight draw w/ overs, flush draws w/ overs)

C) Our weak value hands (Tx/9x/JJ)

D) Our medium strength value hands (T9s/66/22)

E) Our strong value hands (99/TT/78s)

It's essential when we plan for this stuff tat we plan for different stack sizes.

Firstly 100bbs but the. 140 and 180 too.

Really important that we have 2 plans for j724 and t726

I imagine we should be as unbalanced as him at these stakes? Adjust when moving up/further history?

I feel like calls for value and call,c/shoves with bluffs? Bit simplistic but a touch unsure of what to do further. A spot for CRev?

edit: This assumes he is bluffing a lot and continuing also

After seeing this quite a bit in the last 10k hands (I assume as an adaptation to how much I bet/overbet when the pre flop raiser checks back) I decided to have a turn 3betting range.

I don't know what you guys think about that, but I think it is probably a necessary tool if they are fighting my turn leads like this.

Obviously to start with since we have no history of more than 1 bet ott, I assumed that his only value hands were T9 and 99, making his range hilariously draw/air heavy. Because of this, i decided to start 3betting my air/equity hands intending to shove brick rivers as I think he won't be planning for me to 3bet the turn, so won't be comfortable 4bet jamming most of his draws in. Obviously I'll have to balance up my range when/if he starts to adapt, but for now I think it's kinda cool.

Thoughts?

I've been attempting and hand a degree of success with a similar thought process, I think the reg still needs a degree of bluff in them, I've found a few guys I wouldn't be comfortable doing this too. Seems very fair and we seem to agree. How would you play value hands? Sometimes I still click but probably a mistake, always annoying to c/shove into KT too.
