The house would have to charge hourly rake on the tables i would think, it could easily be dealer dealt (and would recommend it, floor calls get awkward when its self dealt)...

$15 per half hour per player in Vegas.

Dealer dealt but players sort out points amongst themselves.

There are enough stupid rows between players without the dealers needing to get involved.

I can only imagine how many mistakes the dealers at the Rio saw over the Summer and none of the players batted an eyelid.

Obv now have an App, having finally given in to temptation. Apparently just knowing the basic rules wasn't enough for my ego. Sigh.

At least my app doesn't have fantasyland, although that possibly renders the tactics I will learn meaningless in practice...

The rake was a killer for the lower stakes Chinese games. Not great to scoop both players and a couple of royalties for $12 then instantly pay $10 rake. Plus the games are so slow you only get about 4 rounds in per half hour.
