Didn't realise it first time but the guy they hustled in the hotel was Kin Wins from Breaking Bad season 1 Click to see full-size image. |
I did wonder this at the time, but forgot to check afterwards. Loved the bit with the switch at the end. The problem with waiting a week for episodes is that the potential relevance of it is going to bug me in the meantime. I don't think we'll see what the switch does, think it was just symbolic of Saul being trapped in a system which he will inevtably rebel from.

So did everyone give up on this or what?
The last few episodes of this series have been right up there with anything in Breaking Bad - just magnificent television.

Spooky bump! I just finished the last episode now, and agree that it has been superb. A little bit like Dexter in the way it plays out. Starts slowly, but gathers pace as the season goes.

If anyone isn't aware, an anagram of the first letters of the episode titles tells you who left the note on Mike's car.

Love it. Really clever and Saul's/Jimmy's character is superb. Also love Mike and it's made me restart Breaking Bad for the 8th time.
Thought the finale was a bit poor tho and the ending a little obvious

I'm enjoying it, but it does feel a little slow paced. Like they are so confident they won't get cancelled, they don't feel the need to rush it. As I say, I am enjoying it, just not used to shows not forcing in big season finishes or cliff hangers.

Really like it. Sometimes I'm not sure why but I guess I like the Jimmy/Kim relationship and Mike's gradual interactions with a range of people from BB. Pretty interesting since so few characters to really engage with

Love it, it's basically a Madmen paced Breaking Bad. The best season of BCS is not as good as the worst season of BB, but they are all absolutely amazing and better than everything else on telly.
